Tufline's ATVD series all terrain vehicle discs
are designed to work behind ATV's, small garden tractors,
and off road farm/sport utility vehicles. These heavy built
units are ideal for wildlife food plot preparation and ground
breaking for garden and turf development. TUFLINES ATVD series
are available in 52" or 64'' cutting widths with two
series options. The ATVD series is engineered with unique
features unlike any other design on the market.
ATVD SERIES DISC SPECIFICATIONS
- Series 1: Rated for 450cc and larger atv's, small tractors,
& utility vehicles.
- Series 2: Rated for 300cc four wheel drive and larger
atv's.
Heavy 3" square tube steel frames (series 1) and 2"
steel tubing (series 2)
- Adjustable gang cutting angles for different tilling requirements.
Ratchet lift transport gauge wheel system standard equipment
with an electric hydraulic lift kit available as an option.
- Unique depth control system.
- Sealed ball bearings mounted on 1" square hi-strength
gang axle for tough ground conditions.
- 7 ½" blade spacing for 8 or 10 blade models
with 16" notched disc blades.
- Heavy adjustable hitch mounts with 1-7/8 ball coupling
hitch standard with 2" hitch available as an option.
- Optional rear tow hitch available (series 1 only)
- Optional rear tow flex-harrow (series 1 only)
