TUFLINE'S SERIES 38 -
Tufline's "38" series offsets are proven implements
designed with durability in mind. Heavy 4" square and
5" x 3" steel tube frames with 1%" Hi-strength
square gang axles gives Tufline Offsets strength where it
is needed. Cutting widths range from 6' to 12' with 9"
or 10½" blade spacing. 22" or 24" notched
blades are standard with plain blades available as an option.
Tufline Offsets are engineered with a screw adjustment tongue
and yoke to eliminate side draft, spring loaded adjustment
to control front to rear leveling, and individual wheel control
providing side to side leveling.

TUFLINE'S SERIES 42 -
Tufline's "42" Series Offset disc harrows are rugged
implements constructed of 6" x 4" heavy wall steel
tubing. Available in cutting widths of 6' to 13'9", the
"42" Series features 1½" round cornered
square axles, dual wheels and cutout disc blades as standard
equipment and offers both 9" and 10½" blade
spacing. The "42" series offers depth control system,
adjustable gang cutting angles by turnbuckles, front to rear
leveling system with spring loaded adjustment, and the potential
for additional weight should it be desired.
Tufline has developed turnbuckle power adjustment of tongue
for complete elimination of side draft. Options to this series
include regreasable ball bearings, heavy adjustable blade
scrapers, solid disc blades, shock flex gang hangers for rocky
conditions, hydraulic cylinder package, and implement tires.

TUFLINE'S SERIES 63-
Plenty tough for heavy plowing yet versatile enough for secondary
tillage operations, Monroe-Tufline's "63" Series
Offset disc harrows are performance proven for heavy plowing
in sod and stubble. Ranging in size from 10'6" to 17'6"
for 130 to 200 horsepower tractors, the "63" Series
Offsets have all of the features farmers need plus the durability
to keep them in the field working. Tough 7" x 5"
rectangular tubing adds strength to the frame, tongue, drawbar
and gang beams, while specially inclined, streamlined tubular
shank gang hangers provide excellent trash clearance.
Optional shock flex gang hangers help prevent implement damage
in rocky field conditions. Triple sealed ball bearings in
self-aligning trunnion mounted housings combine with 1½"
square high strength axles to give the "63" Series
Offsets additional muscle. The wheel carriage has dual cylinder
control with independent wheel depth control adjustment so
necessary for offsets, plus the right hand wheels extend forward
when operating to provide optimum stability for the leading
gang. The "63" Series allows maximum adjustment
of gangs with minimum effort, allowing a 15 to 25 degree gang
angle and lateral shift adjustment with a turnbuckle.
