TUFLINE 3-Point Lift Offset Discs are built for season after
season of dependable performance. These rugged units are available
in 2 series, both with heavy steel tube frames, adjustable
gang angle, and a spring loaded pressure rod allowing a level
cut for many applications.
The "TLO" Series is available in 4'6" to 8'4"
cutting widths with category I or II 3-point hitch. Three
inch square steel tube frames with 1 1/18" square hi-strength
steel axles, 9" blade spacing, and 20" or 22"
notched disc blades makes the "TLO" Series ideal
for 35 to 70 horsepower tractors.
The "L040" Series features a 4" square and
5"x3" rectangle steel tube frame with category II
hitch on the 6' and 7' models and category III on the 8' and
9'. The disc gangs employ 1 1/2" cold drawn steel axles,
triple sealed ball bearings, 9" and 10 1/2" blade
spacing and 22" and 24" notched disc blades.
The L040's heavy framing, streamline tubular gang hangers
and rear pressure controlled leveling system make it ideal
for stubble cutting and compact soil conditions. The L040
offers a minimum of 225 lbs. pressure per cutting foot with
a weight range of 1500# to 2350#. When tough discing jobs
